All Meets will be held at Rancho-Simi Community Pool in Simi Valley (1765 Royal Ave)
The Conference will host three swim meets for the 2011 Summer Season. These meets will be attended by the conference teams plus outside swim clubs who have made contact about their interest in attending. So far the teams attending:

*VCSC Swim Meets are not USA Swimming Sanctioned Events. Participants do not need to be USA Swimming, YMCA, or any other Nationally recognized organized member. VCSC Swim Meets are independently insured for participants of the Conference and for outside participants. All Swimmers must be affiliated by an approved team to compete. VCSC Events 8 and under 25 Freestyle, 25 Backstroke, 25 Breaststroke, 25 Butterfly, and 100 IM 9 - 10 50 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Butterfly, and 100 IM 11 - 12 50 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Butterfly, and 100 IM 13 and Over 50 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Butterfly, and 100 IM Relays (when available) 100 Free and 100 Medley for 8 and unders 200 Free and 200 Medley for all other groups *Swimmers may "swim up" in age groups. Teams must provide Team Payment prior to the start of the meet. Awards will be given to Heat Winners, and all swimmers will receive a participation baggy. (Awards for 12 and under only) Rosters are due by 10:00am two days prior to the meet date. Late Fee will be an additional $4 per swimmer for entries submitted after the roster deadline. Teams will be assigned lanes, and it will be the responsibility of the coaches to fill their lanes. In the case of open lanes, any team member can fill. Assigned lanes must be timed by that teams volunteer timers. All coaches will be given a roster with competitive numbers on it prior to the start of the meet. Coaches should write the Number and initials on each swimmers shoulder in black marker. This is for recording purposes. These meets will not be pre-seeded events. |
